The petitioners have filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the respondents to register a case, based on their complaint, dated 06.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.164 of 2016, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioners dated 06.02.2016. The said statement is recorded.
