Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the second respondent in Detention Order No.109/2018, dated 21.12.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu, by name, Ponraj, son of Ramaiah, Male aged about 42 years, now detained at Madurai Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

the wife of the detenu filed H.C.P(MD)No.61 of 2019 through Mr.J.Selvam, Advocate and it was allowed on 26.06.2019 by this Division Bench and also prayed for apology for having caused inconvenience to this Court by filing the present Habeas Corpus Petition challenging the very same detention order and also made an endorsement to withdraw this petition.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State also.

3. In the light of the endorsement made, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
