ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No. 51 of 2022 dated 12.04.2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police has registered an FIR in Crime No.51 of 2022, for the offence under Section 41(a) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, completed the investigation and filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil and the same has not been taken on file. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a separate petition for quashing the charge sheet filed by the respondent police in this case.
