ORDER
The petitioner with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner is the President of a club and he is using the club for gambling with money and the petitioner is having seven previous cases. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
