ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.03.2023 on the file of the third respondent to 2nd respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner summon was issued to him but it was returned as not resided in the above said address and hence, the complaint was closed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing in the very same address only.
4. Let the petitioner appear before the respondent police on 26.04.2023 and that the enquiry by the respondent police be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
