This writ petition has been filed praying to direct respondents 1 to 5 to stop illegal mining of the respondents 6 to 8 in Survey No.221/2, Vallam Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and to take appropriate action against the respondents 6 to 8 based on the petitioner's representations dated 09.02.2013 and 14.01.2014.

2. The first respondent has filed a counter, wherein it has bee clearly stated that no quarrying work was done in Survey No.221/2 as alleged by the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. In any event, if there is any further violation in this regard, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh complaint before the competent authority. No costs.
