Writ Petitions are filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2026 and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to issue the genuineness certificate in respect of the patta (Patta No.986) relating to the property situated at Sivagangai District, Kalayar Kovil Sub-Division, Kalayar Kovil Taluk, Somanathamangalam Group, Maruthupandiyar Street, comprised in Natham Old Survey No.217,

subdivided as Natham New Survey No.217/3 measuring an extent of 0.00.61 Ars (61 Square Meters) of Natham house site land within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation dated 10.03.2026 seeking for a genuineness certificate. 2.The case of the petitioner is that when the petitioner applied for a loan in private entities, the certificate ensuring the genuineness of the Patta is being sought for. In view thereof, the above representation is made. 3.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents would submit that the second respondent will consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law and orders will be passed.

4.In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following direction:

(i)The second respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2026 and orders in accordance with law shall be passed as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than two months from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order.
