ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The grievance of the petitioner is that the chamber brick manufacturers overloading the vehicles in excess of the permissible limit and thereby causing serious damage to the road. Therefore, the petitioner has given representation on 15.07.2015 to the respondents to take action against the lorry owners. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to all the parties concerned, so as to avoid allegations of violation of principles of natural justice within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
