Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS by directing the 1st to 3rd Respondents to conduct enquiry in respect of Survey No.105/4 situated at Vadakkukavalakurichi Villiage, V.K.Pudur Taluk, Tenkasi District and to cancel the patta issued based on Doc No. 134/2025 and issue joint patta with the petitioners name on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2026.

ORDER

When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
