The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 08.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.31 of 2016, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.03.2016. The said statement is recorded.
