This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.14 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent police and file final report against the accused person.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.14 of 2020 has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in C.C.No.428 of 2021.
