Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (crl.Side) for the petitioner for the petitioner and of Mr.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition for cancelling the bail granted in favour of the respondent, in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.8759 of 2018 dated 23.05.2018.

2.Bail had been granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8759 of 2018, without recording satisfaction in terms of Section 37 of the NDPS Act. The contraband in question is 150 Kgs of Ganja. Therefore, the bail granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8759 of 2018 stands cancelled. 3.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, accordingly. sd/- 28/06/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
