RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant Extension of time granted in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3007 of 2021 dated 11/03/2021 on the file of this Honourable Court.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.ARUNRAJ.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHU MANICKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant extension of time granted in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.3007 of 2021, dated 11.03.2021. 2.This Court, by order dated 11.03.2021 made in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3007 of 2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate Court, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with condition, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time.
