Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.SIVASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHU MANICKAM, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.2868 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3638 of 2021, dated 19.04.2021.

CRL MP(MD) No.3745 of 2021 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the prevailing pandemic situation, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in 15 days i.e. On every second and fourth Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
