direction to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi to strike off the the petition in D.V.P.No.13 of 2020 pending on his file within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner filed a memo stating that the matter has already been settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
