The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 03.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On reading of the complaint, dated 03.09.2015, it is seen that the petitioner has not even stated as to when her brothers sold the property in dispute to the opposite party. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent Police to register a case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
