This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.204 of 2017 pending on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to third respondent for effective investigation.

O R D E R

This application is filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.204 of 2017 pending on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to third respondent for effective investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai and the same was not taken on file.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet in accordance with law.
