: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in Government Letter 2 (D) No.3/pa ka 3(1) 202 dated 05.01.2015 and Consequential order passed by the 2nd respondent in his Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.083061/C3/E1/2014 dated 17.10.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the second respondent to give promotion to the petitioner as Physical Director Grade II as per panel Drawn for the year 2013 as on 01.01.2013 to the post of Physical Director Grade-II with effect from 01.01.2013 as per the clause II (II) of category 20 of Annexure II of the Tamil Nadu School Education Subordinate Service Special Rules.
