This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the detenu by name Sivanesh, son of Ramasamy, aged 14 years before this Court and handed over the custody of the detenue to the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the crime registered has been registered on the complaint lodged by the petitioner in Crime No.260 of 2019, is hereby withdrawn from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13531 of 2019 file of the fifth respondent and the same is transferred to the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Antisocial child trafficking unit, Madurai. On receipt of the entire bundle from the fifth respondent, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Antisocial child trafficking unit, Madurai, is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months from the date on which he receives the bundle. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
