O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to expedite the enquiry in CSR receipt No.128 of 2022, dated 01.03.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent police on 12.02.2022 and it was forwarded to the second respondent by the first respondent. The second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD).No.8683 of 2022 issued the CSR receipt No.128 of 2022, dated 01.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and respondent Nos.3 to 11 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
