ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.4540 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the fact that charge sheet has been filed in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
