ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to take up the matter in the interest of peaceful living in the village at the COVID-19, Pandemic Lock down period against the 4th respondent on the petitioner's petition, dated 01.05.2021.

2. Heard Mr.C.Baskaran, the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent and perused the material documents available on record.

3. In the above petition, the petitioner has sought for an appointment of Poosari to the temple.

4. This Court without going into the merits of the case, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders, within a period of Four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5. In view of the above terms, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
