3. The order under challenge is a show cause notice to which the petitioner is always entitled to give his reply. In this background, the writ petition stands dismissed for default. However, the petitioner is at liberty to give his reply to the impugned show cause notice dated 22.04.2022, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
