ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the second respondent. Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
