When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for R6 that the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, as the encroachment had already been removed from the property in question and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. 2/4

3. In view of the above submission, we are of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Petition. Hence, W.M.P.(MD) No.8255 of 2024 is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, Rev.Aplw(MD) SR.No. 28134 of 2024 is rejected. No costs.
