ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The petitioner herein alleges that the direction given by this Court in W.P(MD)No.15858 of 2019 has not been complied with. 2.Ms.C.Poushya, Assistant Engineer, Tirunelveli, appeared before us through VC mode. She categorically asserts that the encroachment said to have been committed by the third respondent (Thiru.Nainar) has already been removed. She undertakes to issue formal proceedings and serve the same on the writ petitioner. If the writ petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open to the writ petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

3.With the aforesaid the direction to the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
