O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.03.2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that they have received the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.03.2025 and the same is under consideration and they will conduct enquiry and dispose the same within a period of one week. 3.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition without issuing notice to the private respondent.

4.The prayer of the petitioner is to consider the representation of the petitioner and the receipt of representation of the petitioner is admitted by the respondent police, therefore, it is for the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders. 2/4

5.In view of the above, this Court hereby direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and complete the enquiry, after affording opportunities to both parties, in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of this order. 4.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
