PRAYER (in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5631 of 2016): This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to register a case in pursuant to the complaint, in C.S.R.No.36 of 2016, on the file of the second respondent Police and investigate the same.
PRAYER (in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.5633 of 2016): This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action for the return of the petitioner's jewels and other household articles considering the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.01.2016 and 25.03.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.12 of 2016 on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.03.2016. Furthermore, the said case is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
likely to be transferred to the file of the third respondent for want of territorial jurisdiction. The said statement is recorded.
3. In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), both the criminal original petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
