ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Mr. Karthick and the Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed stating that the detenu was missing from 26.04.2021.

2. The respondent police, on receiving the complaint, constituted a special team and the detenu has been secured and produced before us through video conferencing from the office of the Additional Public Prosecutor, Madurai Bench. The petitioner, wife of the detenu is also appeared before us through video conferencing and they have one male child aged about 1 1⁄2 years.

3. The detenu stated that he has committed a mistake and he has now realised his mistake and henceforth he will take care of his wife and child and will not repeat the same in future. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Thus, recording the said submissions, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. No costs.
