ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in crime No. 92 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to accept the surrender and consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Thanjavur, to accept the surrender and consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day in crime No.92 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

3. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
