: Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent pertaining to the impugned order in Ref: TRO/HQO/RET, dated 24.12.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant further 3 months time to the petitioner to upload the necessary details sought by the respondent Corporation vide their letter dated 10.09.2014.

ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to call for the records of the respondent pertaining to the impugned order in Ref: TRO/HQO/RET, dated 24.12.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant further 3 months time to the petitioner to upload the necessary details sought by the respondent Corporation vide their letter dated 10.09.2014.

2.According to the petitioner, for the Know Your Customer details, the respondent has called for certain details for updating the information relating to petitioner's dealership. Since the petitioner is under continuous treatment, he could not furnish the details. Hence, the petitioner after receipt of the said information, sent a detailed representation on 27.12.2014 requesting the respondent to give three months time to furnish the details as required by them. While so, the respondent all of a sudden, has stopped the supplies of the petrol products from 01.01.2014 onwards. Therefore, the present writ petition has been filed for the aforementioned relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that on production of either PAN card or income tax return or even bank details, the respondent will release the petroleum products. 4.In such view of the matter, it is for the petitioner to produce PAN card or bank statements for the supply of petroleum products before the respondent. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to produce those documents before the respondent and on receipt of those documents, the respondent shall resume the supply of petroleum products forthwith.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
