The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 07.03.2015 against the accused on the supervision of the first respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that on the complaint, dated 07.03.2015, lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.65 of 2015 was conducted and the same was closed on 15.03.2015. Furthermore, since the petitioner and the opposite party Mayilan having lot of dispute inter se, the respondent Police have registered two cases in Crime Nos.221 and 222 of 2015 both under Section 107 Cr.P.C., and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
referred the matter to the jurisdictional Executive Magistrate for taking appropriate action. Mayilan and his group have been arrayed as B-Party in Crime No.222 of 2015 and the petitioner herein and her group have been arrayed as A-Party in Crime No.221 of 2015.
4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent Police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report of C.S.R.No.65 of 2015 on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
