2.The petitioner has given a petition for issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. The learned Government Advocate on instructions states that it is not possible to grant relief to the petitioner. If that be so, the respondent shall pass a formal order and communicate the same to the petitioner so that the same can be challenged in the manner known to law. Such an order will be passed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.The writ petition is disposed of.
