ORDER
The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife, praying to transfer the case in O.S.No.27 of 2023 from the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. 1/4
2.The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner/wife is residing in Gowri Vakkam, Chennai and pleading hardship, she prays for transfer.
3.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent/husband has no objection for the transfer. But however, submits that the Family Court, Chennai, may be directed to dispose of the matter expeditiously.
4.In view thereof, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for. The Family Court, Chennai, upon transfer of the case in O.S.No.27 of 2023, shall take up the matter for expeditious disposal and dispose of the same, in any event not later than 18 months from the date of renumbering of the original suit. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
