ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.02.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.68 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 29.02.2016, the accused persons abused the de-facto complainant with filthy language and assaulted her, thereby caused injuries and threatened with dire consequences and caused harassment to her and also damaged the doors and windows of the de-facto complainant's house. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody from 29.02.2016. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that the 5 previous cases are pending against the petitioner and hence, he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the bad antecedents against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and hence, this petition is dismissed.
