ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J) The petitioner is the mother of the major detenu viz., Ramalakshmi, aged about 27 years and grandmother of the minor detenu viz., Aishwarya, aged about 7 years and alleging that they are missing from 08.05.2019 onwards, submitted a representation dated 03.06.2019 to the first respondent and apprehending the safety, well being and the whereabouts of her daughter and granddaughter, came forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. This Habeas Corpus Petition was entertained on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD)No.544 of 2019 24.06.2019. A mention was made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the ground that the detenus have been secured and accordingly, the matter has been taken up.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State. This Court has also interacted with the detenu, who is present before this Court and she would submit that on account of the matrimonial discard, she left the company of her husband along with her daughter and now she is willing to go with her mother, who is also present before this Court.

4. In the light of the fact that the detenu is major and she is also willing to go with her mother along with her daughter, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
