ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent police not to interfere the Civil Dispute Cum Traditional Customary Systems maintained by the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 24.04.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
