ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- Order of this Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J) According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the marriage between the petitioner and the detenu is a love marriage and they lived as husband and wife for quite some time and some time thereafter, he went to Kerala and he did not return and when she tried to contact her mother-in-law, no proper response is forthcoming. The petitioner is very much concerned with the wellbeing and whereabouts of her husband and therefore, she has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce materials as to the marriage between the petitioner and the detenu.
