O R D E R This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent herein to transfer the enquiry not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police and to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner complaint dated 24.12.2022 in C.S.R. No.289 of 2022. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is undertaken in C.S.R.No.289 of 2022. Even after lapse of three months the above said enquiry has not been completed.
3.Let the above said enquiry be completed by the third respondent police within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry the parties can workout their remedy in the manner known to law. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
