This writ petition has been filed in public interest, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from setting up a liquor shop and Bar as attached to TASMAC liquor retail store (Shop No. 5051) in S.F. No.188/1B3 in Parali, part of Rajendram Village at Kulithalai , Karur District.

2. We have full faith on the District Collector to consider the objections raised by the persons concerned in the matter of location of TASMAC shops. The representation, based on which the complaint is made, may be considered by the District Collector and if any violation is found, the shop may be directed to be relocated in an appropriate place. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
