To condone the delay of 872 days in representing this civil miscellaneous second appeal in C.M.S.A.Sr.No.33789 of 2015 and thus render justice.

PRAYER IN CMSA(MD)SR.No.33789 of 2015:

To set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in H.M.C.M.A.No.2 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd Additional District Court, Thoothukudi dated 06.04.2015 confirming the fair and decreetal order passed in H.M.O.P.No.60 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti dated 10.03.2014.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Court, vide order dated 04.06.2018 allowed C.M.P.No.4159 of 2018, seeking to condone the delay of 872 days in representing the above appeal on condition that the petitioner should pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and conciliation centre attached to this Bench on the same day.

Now, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to extend the time granted in C.M.P(MD)No.4159 of 2018 in C.M.S.A(MD) SR.No.33789 of 2015, dated 04.06.2018.

The petitioner is directed to pay the amount of Rs.1,000 as per order dated 04.06.2018 to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and conciliation centre attached to this Bench, by today itself i.e., on 06.07.2018.
