: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records, connected with the detention order of the Respondent No.2 in Crl.M.P.No.05/2019 (GOONDA) dated 12.06.2019 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to produce the detenu namely, Padmaswaran son of Muthu Ariappan, aged about 21 years, detained in Madurai Central Prison, before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
