Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2022 and consequently direct the first respondent to cancel the document vide Doc.No.139 of 2006 dated 30.12.2005 registered before the first respondent.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner is none other than the daughter of the fourth respondent. According to the third respondent, the fourth respondent had executed the sale deed vide document No.139 of 2006 dated 30.12.2005 registered on the file of the second respondent. Seeking its cancellation, this writ petition has been filed.

3. Admittedly, the petitioner did not execute the document. It was the petitioner's father who executed the document. If according to the petitioner there was impersonation, it is only the fourth respondent who can complain. It is not open to the petitioner to lodge any complaint in this regard.
