O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent police within a time frame as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires four weeks time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
