(With copies of petition and affidavit for each) Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by M/S.N.PRAGALATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to calling for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in P.D.No.20/2019 dated 18.06.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely Vinoth, aged about 25 years, S/o.Rajendran, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty forthwith. Whereas this Court hath directed issue of notice, returnable by 31/07/2019 to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to show cause why this petition should not be complied with:
