O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry by calling the petitioner frequently. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry with the regard to the complaint pending against the petitioner. Thereafter, he was never called for enquiry by the respondent police. Now, the petitioner has filed this petition on mere apprehension, that the petitioner will be called for enquiry by the respondent police in future. He further submits that the complaint preferred against the petitioner was closed. Therefore, the present petition filed by the petitioner is not maintainable.
