This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.03.2018.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired by the respondent police and the same has been registered in Crime No.265 of 2018 on 27.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 355 and 506(2) IPC. The copy of the said First Information Report is also produced before this Court. 3.Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
