This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the future false complaint of the fourth respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complaint lodged against the petitioner is a false complaint. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has filed this petition on mere apprehension that he will be called for enquiry in future. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has not been granted.
