Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner wants issuance of passport. He had already submitted an application in this regard.
3.The learned Assistant Solicitor General points that the petitioner is having two cases. One is at the F.I.R. stage, while the other has been charge sheeted and taken on file. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily move the Jurisdictional Court for getting relief in this regard. As and when the petitioner moves the Jurisdictional Court, the Jurisdictional Court is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. With this direction, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
