ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the Defacto-complainant in STC.No.178 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, seeking a direction to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the concerned Court in Crl.M.P.No.183 of 2026 in STC.No.178 of 2015 dated 07.03.2026.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the Non-Bailable Warrant will be executed on or before 15.04.2026.

3. In view of the submission made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant on or before 15.04.2026.
